Paul D. Puleo

Paul Puleo serves as the Strategic Growth & Partnership Lead at Grant Street Asset Management where he is proud to partner with a team dedicated to transparent, values-driven financial planning—supporting families and businesses in building legacies that endure.

 

With nearly four decades of leadership experience spanning financial services, banking, and community development, Paul brings a well-established reputation for driving growth, forging enduring client relationships, and delivering strategic results.

 

Prior to joining Grant Street, Paul held senior leadership roles at FNB Corporation, where he oversaw multi-billion-dollar regional retail operations and launched the Small Business Banking division. He led major market expansions across Western and Central Pennsylvania, and his leadership consistently enhanced client experience, accelerated financial performance, and elevated service models for both consumer and commercial banking platforms.

 

Paul also founded PulCo, LLC, a financial consulting practice where he advised businesses on capital strategies, banking optimization, and long-term sustainability.

 

In addition to his professional achievements, Paul has long been active in civic and nonprofit leadership. He has served on numerous boards including the Economic Development Corporation, Westmoreland and the PA Industrial Development Authority. In 2020, he was named Community Service Person of the Year, recognizing his decades-long commitment to regional growth and impact-driven initiatives.

 

Paul holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and has completed advanced executive education programs at Bucknell University and Emory University.

 

In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his four children, traveling with his wife, golfing, and officiating high school basketball.
