With a rich background that spans over fifteen years with industry giants like Morgan Stanley and BNY Mellon Investment Management, Scott has built his expertise across a range of financial services. His experience with individual investors, trustees, beneficiaries, and institutional boards and plans has instilled in him a deep understanding of diverse financial needs. Scott’s most recent experience prior to joining Grant Street was at Mellon Investments where he served as a relationship manager, guiding high-net-worth families, foundations, and endowments through the intricacies of investment strategy.

 

Scott's approach to wealth management is rooted in the belief that exceptional client service is key. Scott is an active member of the GSAM Investment Committee with a research focus on equity, executive compensation and financial planning, and alternative investments. Scott earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and as a member of the CAIA Pennsylvania Chapter, he serves on the executive committee. His leadership reflects dedication not only to the profession but also to the community.

Outside the office, Scott's personal commitment to community service is evident. He is a trustee and finance committee chair for the DePaul School for Hearing and Speech in Pittsburgh, a cause close to his heart. "Supporting the school that has given so much to my family is deeply rewarding," Scott shares. "We have a son who was diagnosed with hearing loss at birth, so we’ve been connected with the DePaul team for many years. Witnessing the benefits that we have experienced being extended to others is a true privilege."

 

Scott lives north of Pittsburgh and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and sons. He and his family can often be found on the trails with his Jeep, out in the woods hunting, or “down the shore” catching waves in Ocean City, NJ.
