About the Championship
Get ready for an unforgettable experience at the 125th U.S. Open Championship, taking place at the historic Oakmont Country Club. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your time at the event.

Tournament Format & Schedule
Practice Rounds: Monday, June 9 to Wednesday, June 11
These are great days to explore the course, watch players prepare, and enjoy a more relaxed pace.
Championship Rounds: Thursday, June 12 to Sunday, June 15
The full field of 156 players will compete in stroke play. The field will be reduced to the lowest 60 scores plus ties after Friday. If there’s a tie after 72 holes, a playoff will decide the winner.
Final Round and Father’s Day: Sunday, June 15
The final day of the U.S. Open is always special, and this year it comes with even more significance. Championship Sunday lands on Father’s Day, making it the perfect opportunity to enjoy world-class golf with family. Watch as the sport’s top players compete for one of its most prestigious titles in what promises to be a thrilling and unforgettable finish.

Accessing your tickets
All tickets for the U.S. Open are digital. Here’s how to retrieve yours:

Download the USGA app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Tap on the ticket icon in the top-right corner.

Sign in or create an account and be sure to use the same email address provided to the Grant Street team.

After you’re signed in, you’ll be able to see the tickets once they’ve been sent to you.
The Grant Street team is distributing tickets in batches. You will receive your digital ticket(s) in the app by Thursday, May 29. Please reach out to us if you’re not seeing your tickets after this date at advisors@gsaminc.com or

Junior tickets
Children age 12 and under are admitted free throughout the Championship. Guests aged 13 to 17 are admitted free during practice rounds and can purchase a discounted ticket for Championship rounds. However, all guests entering the Suites on 13 must hold a valid hospitality ticket, regardless of age.
Grant Street is only accepting guests in our Suite ages 21 and over.

Re-Entry Policy
Daily re-entry to the grounds is not allowed. While you may come and go from the Suite throughout the day, once you leave the Oakmont grounds, you won’t be granted re-entry to the tournament.
Bag Policy
No Backpacks, Briefcases, Purses and/or Bags larger than 6" W x 6" H x 6" D in their natural state. Note: Transparent/clear plastic hand and shoulder bags no larger than 12" W x 12" H x 6" D are permitted.
Schedule & Hours
Plan ahead to make the most of your time at the 2025 U.S. Open. Below is a quick overview of tournament days, gate hours, and what to expect on-site.
General Admission Gate Hours

Monday to Wednesday: 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Thursday and Friday: 6:00 AM until the end of play

Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM until the end of play
These times reflect when the gates open for all guests. Hospitality suites will have separate operating hours.
Hospitality Hours
While championship gates open earlier, the Suites on 13 begin service at 8:00 AM each day. Here’s the full hospitality schedule:

Breakfast: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Lunch: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
-
Snacks: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Bar Service: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Self-serve water and soft drinks available all day. Please note that food and beverage service is exclusive to the hospitality suite and is not available on the general grounds.
Accessing Our Suite
Your ticket includes full access to the Suites on 13, an exclusive hospitality experience located near the 13th green. Below is what you need to know about entering and enjoying the space throughout the week.
Once inside the grounds, signage will direct you toward the Suites on 13, where we’ll be ready to welcome you.
Entry & Wristband Policy
When you arrive at the hospitality area for the first time each day, your ticket will be scanned and a wristband will be placed on your wrist. After that, you can come and go from the suite throughout the day using only your wristband, there’s no need to rescan your ticket.
Gate Information
Below are the key details for the three main gates you are most likely to use, based on your travel route. While there are additional gates around the course, these are the primary entry points for most of our attendees.
Gate 1: Main Admission
Fan Central, First Aid, Mobility Scooters, Merchandise Pavilion, Ticket Office
Gate 5: Rideshare & Passenger Dropoff
Guests taking Uber or Lyft will access through this gate. Mobility Scooters can be found here as well as the Ticket Office for any ticketing needs.
Gate 10: Oakmont East
Access to the championship from VIP Parking (LOT S)
Parking & Arrival
To help you arrive with confidence and avoid delays, please review the parking and entry details below. Your parking access will depend on how your ticket or credentials were issued.
If You’ve Been Issued a VIP Parking Pass (Lot S)
Your VIP parking pass grants you access to Lot S at Oakmont East. Once parked, it’s a short walk to Gate 10, where you’ll enter the championship grounds. Please note that vehicles must be no larger than a 12-passenger van to be permitted into this area.


If You’re Taking a Ride Share
Ride share services and guest drop-offs are directed to 10th Street Elementary School. This is the only approved drop-off location. After arriving, you’ll head toward Gate 5, near the driving range, to enter the grounds. Please note: large vehicles and limos are not permitted, and drivers will not be allowed to wait or park.

If You’re Driving and Using General Parking
Guests who are driving on their own can park at one of the official U.S. Open remote lots. Free coach buses will shuttle you to Gate 1, with service running continuously from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Ride time is about 25 minutes.
Choose the lot most convenient to you:
Red Lot (Hartwood Acres): 4100 Middle Road, Allison Park
Blue Lot (Monroeville Mall): 200 Mall Circle Drive, Monroeville
Once you arrive, follow signage to the coach loading area and enjoy the ride.

Accessibility Needs
If you or someone in your party requires accessible parking or lift-equipped shuttle service, let us know in advance so we can make arrangements. The USGA provides full accessibility support across all parking locations.
